Pants, shorts, or a dress with big enough pockets (recommended: 4-way stretch fabric)
Holster
As long as your pants pockets are big enough, a pocket holster is the most comfortable concealed carry holster.
If you value comfort over speed of the draw, pocket holsters are also the best concealed carry holster for sitting.
